Sharon Violet Sheiman is a creative and intuitive professional with a passion for delivering value to her clients. Skilled at facilitating the design and development of products, programs and services from concept to completion, she thrives on seeing others succeed.

An educator at heart, Sharon began her career teaching in the inner city. She served on the governing board of a university-run experimental school where she had the freedom to research and tailor-make curriculum to match her students' varied learning needs.

The integration of these learning techniques with the wealth of best practices acquired during fifteen years in management at Fortune 100 companies is the foundation for her company.

In the corporate world, Sharon’s greatest pleasures were opportunities to solicit input and feedback from end-users. She collaborated to create numerous programs and products to serve their evolving needs. Her most fulfilling accomplishments include:

• Setting up a subsidiary from scratch, staffing and managing operations, developing systems and promotional materials, designing and overseeing the sales process
• Producing highly-rated annual business conferences featuring practical, state-of-the art tools and concepts in an environment encouraging camaraderie and support
• Initiating and managing a thriving mentoring program
• Designing, developing, updating and documenting technology to streamline work flow and ensure superior customer service
• Creating and implementing personal growth (time management, stress management, DiSC™) and technical programs to facilitate employee development.

A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Sheiman is a Reiki practitioner and certified in hypnotherapy and thanatology. A member of the Agape Live Community and the Soul Aligned Business Collaborative, she is a long-term student of A Course in Miracles which she credits for her ability to connect with and appreciate each individual's true potential.
